Kits in another language, and naming your own sections
Two things that matter the moment you pitch outside the English-speaking circuit, or your act doesn't fit the default labels: can the words the builder puts on your page be in your language, and can you call a section what you want?
| Tool | Kit in another language | Rename section headings |
| LiveEPK |
English, Spanish or Russian, free. One setting switches the headings, dates, tour statuses like “Sold out,” download labels, and the page's language tag. Your own writing is never touched. |
Yes, free. Any section, from its own tab: “Tour Dates” can be “Shows.” |
| Bandzoogle |
A site language setting in English, French, Spanish, or German. Their help page says it changes the site's buttons, confirmation messages, and receipts, and does not translate page titles or your own text. |
Yes. Click a feature's title to edit it, and pages can be renamed. |
| Wix |
A site language setting for the text in Wix's built-in apps, plus Wix Multilingual for whole extra language versions. Multilingual is free to install; automatic translation runs on a limited word credit. |
Yes. Every heading is ordinary editable text. |
| EPK Builder |
No language setting listed. A Spanish-language kit on their platform still had an English page title (“Official EPK”) and an English language tag when we looked. |
Not documented. Their FAQ says text is edited by clicking on it, and headings differ from kit to kit. |
| Tunepact |
No language setting listed. The published kit we found uses English headings and buttons. |
Not documented. |
| Canva, Adobe Express |
You type every word, so any language works. Both have a translate tool; Canva's is a Pro feature with one free use. |
Yes. Everything on the page is a text box. |
The short version: the full website builders handle this, because everything on them is editable. Of the press-kit builders compared on this page, LiveEPK is the one that documents a Spanish kit and renameable headings, and both are on the free plan. Other tools we haven't reviewed here, some of them built in Spanish from the start, exist too. We compare a few of those, in Spanish, on creador de EPK en español.
"Not listed" means we couldn't find it on that company's own site on September 17, 2026. The language and headings table was checked on September 18, 2026; "not documented" means their public pages don't say, not that it can't be done.
03 One at a time
Each EPK builder, up close.
LiveEPK
Ours. The kit, plus everything else you send a booker.
LiveEPK is built around one moment: a booker deciding whether to put you on the calendar. That takes more than a page. It takes the kit, a stage plot, a tech rider, and an email good enough to get opened. So that's what's in here, in one login.
The kit. Four templates built for music, three free and one paid (see six EPK examples by genre), eight sections (bio, music, video, photos, press, tour, downloads, contact), embeds from Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp, SoundCloud, YouTube, and more, and a live preview of the real page as you type. It goes live free at a generated link like e123456.liveepk.com with a small "Made with LiveEPK" badge.
The stage plot and tech rider. A drag-and-drop stage plot maker with 39 gear icons, true-to-scale stage sizes, an automatic input list, and monitor mixes, plus a tech rider builder for lineup, schedule, what you bring, what you need, power, lighting, and hospitality. Both are free, with no account needed to use or export them (here is how they compare with the other free stage plot and tech rider makers). Inside your dashboard they save with your kit, and one button publishes the PDF into your EPK's downloads, so the production manager finds it where the booker found you.
The email. Bookers read the email before they open anything. The composer drafts the booking pitch for you and pulls your video, press quotes, tour dates, photo downloads, and EPK link into the body of the message, so the pitch holds up even if they never click. Write it once, send it forty times.
The library. One place for your photos, audio, video, press quotes, contacts, and downloads. Upload once, then drop anything into the kit or an email without hunting for the file again.
- Free
- The full kit editor and a live link, three of the four templates, the kit in English or Spanish, the stage plot, tech rider, hospitality rider and setlist makers, one saved stage plot and one saved setlist, 250MB of storage. No card, no trial clock.
- Paid
- $5/month or $50/year: yourname.liveepk.com with the badge removed, the Marquee template, a booking page on its own link, the email composer, the asset library, click analytics, the one-sheet PDF and QR kit, a song list with up to 50 saved setlists, up to 50 saved stage plots, a mailing list signup on the kit, 1GB of storage. One plan.
Where it falls short. It's new (launched 2026). Four templates, not thirty. No page-view counts (every link click on the kit is counted, but not visits) and no password-protected kits yet. The paid address is a LiveEPK subdomain, not your own .com. It helps you pitch the room; it doesn't find the room for you, so no gig listings or venue contact lists. There's no store, and the fan-facing side stops at a mailing list signup, a merch link, and a latest-release block; kits are kept out of Google on purpose, because they carry hi-res downloads meant for the people you send them to. If you need a website, this isn't one.
Bandzoogle
The full band website, with an EPK plan on the side.
Bandzoogle has been building musician websites since 2003, and it's the most complete tool on this list. Its EPK features are the real thing: a music player, YouTube and Vimeo embeds, download links for MP3s, hi-res images, and riders, optional password protection, six preset EPK layouts for different pitches, and an export-to-PDF option. It takes 0% commission on anything you sell.
- Free
- A 14-day trial, no credit card. It's a trial, not a plan: the site sits behind a password until you upgrade, and goes offline if you don't.
- Paid
- EPK plan at $6.95/month or $76.45/year: one page, 10 tracks, 25 photos. Full website plans run $11 to $22/month and include a free custom domain.
- Address
- yourname.bandzoogle.com on the EPK plan; your own domain there is a paid add-on.
The honest read. If you want a website, a store, a mailing list, and an EPK in one login, Bandzoogle is the better tool and worth its price. If the press kit is all you need, you're paying for a website builder to get one page, and there's no free way to keep that page live.
EPK Builder
The long-running single-page kit.
EPKBuilder.com has offered free hosted press kits since 2019 and ranks at the top of Google for "epk builder." It's a straightforward single-page builder: header, bio, music, gallery, video, contact. The free plan publishes a real hosted page, which puts it ahead of anything that only offers a trial.
- Free
- A hosted kit with 1 featured song, up to 10 photos, and up to 5 sections, plus a contact form. One of the four templates is labeled free.
- Paid
- Pro lists at $13/month (shown at $6.50 for new subscribers when we checked): up to 15 songs, 100 photos, 30 sections, YouTube and Vimeo embeds, a press gallery with hi-res downloads, every template, and a custom domain.
The honest read. A fair free tier if one song and no video is enough to get you started. Most working bands will hit the wall fast: video lives on the paid plan, and their FAQ says visitor tracking and PDF export aren't available yet.
Tunepact
A free kit inside a release-marketing platform.
Tunepact describes itself as a song-first marketing hub, and the EPK builder is the free front door. It's free on every plan including the $0 one, with a permanent hosted URL, two templates, a contact form, tour dates, a press section, and an AI bio writer that produces short, medium, and press-length versions. Music plays through Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and SoundCloud embeds.
- Free
- The full EPK builder with 3 AI-generated images per kit, no card.
- Paid
- Pro at $19/month ($190/year) and Premium at $49/month ($490/year) add song analysis, marketing plans, analytics, and fan email. They don't add EPK features.
The honest read. A generous free kit, and a good fit if you're pushing a single to playlists and blogs. It leans toward streaming more than the stage: their pages don't mention asset downloads, stage plots or riders, password protection, or a custom domain, and two templates is the whole wardrobe.
Canva and Adobe Express
The design-tool route.
Plenty of bands make their first press kit in a design app, and for a one-sheet or a PDF attachment that's a fine call. Canva has media kit templates (some made for bands) and can publish a design as a live website. Adobe Express can publish a scrolling web page from a link, with optional password protection and a visit count.
- Canva free
- Up to five live sites at a canva.site address, each with a "Designed with Canva" footer you can't remove on Free.
- Canva Pro
- $144/year removes the footer and lets you connect your own domain.
- Adobe Express
- Free plan at $0; Premium at $9.99/month. Video by YouTube or Vimeo link. Their page builder lists no audio block.
The honest read. You get full control of the look and none of the structure. There's no music section, no downloads area for a stage plot, and every update means reopening the design. Great for the poster. Harder to live with as the link you send every week.
Wix
The build-it-yourself website route.
Wix is a general website builder with a shelf of musician templates. None of them is an EPK as such; you'd build the press kit as a page on a site you design yourself. That's real freedom, and real work.
- Free
- A published site at yourname.wixsite.com/sitename with Wix ads on it and 500MB of storage.
- Paid
- Light at $17/month billed yearly is the cheapest plan: it connects your own domain and removes Wix branding.
The honest read. If you want a full site and you like building, Wix will do anything you ask. For a press kit alone it's the priciest route here, and the free version's ads and address tell a booker more than you want them to.
